学生信息:商务专业1701班许淑芸,在校期间任班长,实习被派往餐饮部三叶梅大堂吧

实习优秀案例:才短短三个月,许淑芸同学就收获了将近二十个好评,拿到了二十张五十元代金券。并纳入到酒店员工奖励认可计划,杰出关爱客人奖候选人。万豪酒店也举办了员工生日会,酒店带领学生们去往呀诺达热带雨林去放松休闲,劳逸结合。从住店客户的评语留言可以看出,许淑芸同学工作勤勤恳恳,用心认真,服务周到,热情待人,相信在接下来的实习工作里,也能收获更多。

指导老师点评:许淑芸对待工作认真负责,多次得到客人的表扬和肯定。从客人的角度出发努力提供优质的服务,在工作中积极锻炼自己,磨砺意志。作为英语专业积极和外国客人沟通,努力提升自己的英语水平,以出色的表现征服了客户和酒店,是一名优秀的实习生。希望在今后的工作中继续再接再厉。

Teacher’sSuggestions:What we should pay attention to is communicating with customers in English. We should pay attention to politeness and be able to express and provide services boldly. Especially for milk tea and coffee terminology, it is necessary to do a good job of strategy in advance, so as not to forget to express or misunderstand the meaning of the guests when providing services.
